Bái Đính Temple (Vietnamese: Chùa Bái Đính) is the largest spiritual and cultural Buddhist Complex in Vietnam. It has become a popular site for Buddhist pilgrimages from across Vietnam but also the biggest religious tourist centre in Viet Nam upon completion in 2010 to celebrate the 1,000th anniversary of Thăng Long.
Its largest structure, the Tam Thế Hall, rises to 34 m at its roof ridge and measuring over 59 m in length.
You will be amazed to see a huge statue of Maitreya Buddha, according to Buddhist tradition, Maitreya is a bodhisattva who will appear on Earth in the future, achieve complete enlightenment, and teach the pure dharma.
If the all complex is just amazing, the astonishing one is the "collection" of 500 Arhat statues on the hill in the right of Dharma Temple. The Arhat statues with the height of 2.3m, carved by Ninh Binh stone.
Bai Đính temple hosts a large festival on the 6th day of the first lunar month drawing huge crowds. Buddhist rites are performed in the New Temple in conjunction with traditional rituals from the Old Temple.

At 20km from the Ninh Bin town center, the buddhist complex is located on Bai Dinh Mountain in Gia Viễn District
