When you register your business, you can select an option called "Professional Review". Megavina will send an investigator to test your establishment (room, food, bar, spa, shop, facilities...), he will write a detailed review but also a score.
The price of a review depends of the size of your establishment, where your activity is located and the services your offer. This service is not available for the moment in all the countries, we provide this service in Vietnam, Melbourne, Sydney, Tokyo and France.
What about the prices for an expertise and Mystery guest service?
For an expertise or a Mystery guest service, we have to send experts in your establishment to test your main services, the cost really depends of 2 things: Location of your activity and the services your offer.
Expertises and Mystery Guest can be done in same time than the review or independently of each other. For an expertise, the General manager of the hotel will guide the experts through the behind the scenes (kitchen, staff area...). An expertise may last between one day and up to 3 days. Can we organize 2 or 3 expertises per year in my establishment?
Yes, we do offer this service. It helps franchisors, factories or managers to improve their services, to organize training for their staff and to analyze what went wrong and what went right. The score left on your pages will change each time we visit your establishment, usually the overall score thus goes up with the improvement of your services.
