A hotel that many tourists will appreciate by its colonial side, the service is impeccable. Very comfortable but relatively standardized room without real charm, we would appreciate a more intimate decoration with more luxurious fantasy.

The bar 2 Lam Son is a very nice place with an original decoration, serving delicious cocktails, a variety of champagnes and spirits for connoisseurs (Moet & Chandon Imperial Rose).

We tried the restaurant Opera ordering as a starter Parma ham & melon (the medley is so good) and lobster tortelli, as main course a crusty seafood pizza (mozzarella, tomato, prawn, sea scallop, mussel, squid) and a Pistachio crusted salmon steak with a basil sauce. We chose the pizza because it was cooked in a fire-wooden oven, the perfect cooking way for a pizza. Price $74 (1.560.000VND) for 2.
A good Italian experience in a cosy atmosphere, the dining room is modern with pink/red shades. We would certainly have liked to meet the Chef Marco Torre from Sanremo (Italia), all those little extras that make customers want to come back in a 5 star hotel.

Concerning the swimming pool, it was a bit too hot better using the pool in the morning.

Xuan Spa offers a wide range of services, we selected a Swedish massage for $70 an hour. Very relaxing but quite expensive better services can be found in spa centre for half of this price including manicure.

The Park Hyatt Saigon is a beautiful place, a great choice, comfortable, good services and well located. We could expect from the reception staff more courtesy and we regret the lack of information on the range of services proposed in the hotel. A small brochure is required.
