Housed in a revived warehouse in The Cannery Rosebery, Saporium is a place where producers and shoppers come together. A place where everyone shares their passion for great-tasting food and drink.

Join us Saturday the 2nd of July 2016 for Saporium Market Day! Stall holders include The Choc Pot, Hunter Soy Candles, Mr. Bao, Lil Matcha, Pukara Estate, Love Dem Apples, Hank's Hot Dogs, Sofi Spritz, Wild Kombucha by Ballsy, Audra Morrice (jams, relishes), McClure's, Chocolate by James Collins and Wholefoods House will be hosting various tastings throughout the day.

Kingsmore Meats will be barbecuing their delicious cuts, alongside cooking Vive Cooking School workshops.

We'll have live entertainment from 10am. The Happy Ends playing from 10am till 12pm followed by Paul Winn from 12 - 2pm. Contemporary artist, Sid Tapia will be painting live throughout the day. It will be a great family day out for all, everyone welcome!
