Cyril Terrones, personal trainer, is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction.
He motivates his clients by setting goals, providing feedback, measuring his client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.
These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure his client's improvements in physical fitness.
A trainer is not only an instructor, he may also educate his clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
A qualified personal trainers recognizes his own areas of expertise and if he suspects that one of his or her clients has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, he must refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.

Yoga Hatha

Muay Thai (มวยไทย)
It's a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques, stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees&elbows and the defences to these techniques.
The sessions also build up the foundation of cardiovascular fitness and strength needed for Muay Thai.

Ho Chi Minh,Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait une salle de sport qui faisait du fitness en extérieur dans le district 2. Je ne vois pas du tout ou c'est avec les constructions proches du pont. C'est bon à savoir que le coach est francais.
