Our private coaching is based on the CrossFit program originally developed by Cyril Terrones after his many years of watching, working with, and coaching all types of people – from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.

Yoga Hatha

Yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings health benefits with regular participation.

Boxing

Boxing doesn't have to be as scary and as, well, violent as professional MMA fighters make it look.
It's a workout that's both empowering and way more exciting than the StairMaster.
Throwing a few right hooks will really get your heart pumping and makes for the ultimate stress relief. Don't be nervous! both guys and gals of all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Muay Thai (มวยไทย)

It's a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques, stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees&elbows and the defences to these techniques.

The sessions also build up the foundation of cardiovascular fitness and strength needed for Muay Thai.
