Sleeping well at Royal Lotus
An elegant asian and western decoration in spacious and comfortable rooms. Equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat screen cable TV. They also have a minibar and an electric kettle. Cleanliness and good arrangement are "au rendez-vous". Comfortable bedding allows sweet nights. And the view, the view ... fantastic!
Tasty, yummy, just excellent
For lovers of good food, the hotel offers 3 restaurants, the Lotus (Vietnamese cuisine), a western cuisine restaurant and a Japanese restaurant.
Megavina recommends the "Hana Hana", Japanese dishes are just excellent like the sushi or the teppanyaki service.
If you have time, the other 2 restaurants have to be tested, the food is amazing, freshness, color and originality, thank you for the work of the headchefs!

For entertainment and services, you will appreciate the magnificent swimming-pool, pampering in the spa, sauna and massage services and if you dare to go on the 16th floor you may enjoy the incredible 360 degres view drinking cocktails and enjoying snacks.

Cadburry,Hotel was nice, staff ok, i want to share my bad experience with the food, you present nice photos on your web but in the restaurant dishes are not so nice and not so delicious. They served me my main course not even warm... If there are 4 stars, i think vietnamese gvt doesn't respect the same standard. 2 stars will be more appropriated for this hotel. Thanks to Helen at the reception for her help.

New York,Well this hotel was a great surprise, we arrived very tired after 5 hours bus ride from Hanoi. Small problem at the reception the room we booked was already taken so the receptionist offers us a superior room. Just excellent very spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the bar on the roof, the view is just amazing. It was a bit cold so i didn't stay so much. We ate vietnamese food for lunch (very good) then for dinner we stopped at the japanese restaurant for a great experience. I was a bit surprised by the staff at the breakfast (lazy, they were sending sms, didn't take care of the guests) and nobody to manage them. In fact everything was perfect just the breakfast staff not very polite and helpful. A great thank you to the reception staff very very friendly. Swimming pool was very nice, water a bit cold. I recommend this hotel, it's not the best but offers quality services for a reasonable price.
