Jurassic World Movie

If you're a fan of dinosaurs, if you love Omar Sy (Bishop in X-men Days of future past / Driss in the french comedy-drama The Intouchables), or Chris Pratt (Star Lord in The Guardians of the Galaxy), or even the Jurassic Park saga, you should love this movie. Without spoiling it, the movie has the right amount of everything. Chris Pratt (in the role of Owen Grady) is fantastic, i really loved him in the Guardians of the Galaxy but in Jurassic World, he is really good too.

The kids weren't annoying like in the first movie but the question after the show is "Who is the main character? Owen, Claire, Zach, Gray, Blue (the velociraptor)? In fact the writers did not give any of the characters enough depth to be as 3-dimensional as they could have been.

How many dinosaurs can we expect in the movie?

18 dinosaurs, Ankylosaurus, Apatosaurus, Baryonyx, Dimorphodon, Edmontosaurus, Gallimimus, Indominus Rex, Metriacanthosaurus, Microceratus, Mosasaurus, Pachycephalosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Pteranodon, Stegosaurus, Suchomimus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus Rex and Velociraptor.


Jurassic World is fresh and thrilling, a great comeback for a serie reboot of dinosaurs, but not as great as the first Jurassic Park. It's still a terrifically enjoyable and an exciting summer show. Parents need to know that the movie is more violent and terrifying than the original film. Dinosaurs are nicely made but we can see it's CGI in most of the scenes, just for a few of them, they use animatronics so actors can really act with the dinos.

    Vraiment sympa, le jeu d'acteurs est réaliste malgré le fait qu'il est impossible de courir dans la boue avec des talons mais ce ne sont que des petits détails. Sur cette version originale, on apprécie également notre Omar préféré, dans un rôle qui lui va à merveille. Si le film est sympa et bourre d'action, je trouve personnellement que les dinos font moins réalistes que dans le tout premier film, à vouloir utiliser la CGI à tout bout de champs ou perd de la qualité et de l'émotion... car on se dit c'est de la synthèse donc on ne vibre pas avec l'action.

    I liked the movie even if i was expecting more dinosaurs. The theater Diamond Plaza was comfortable but vietnamese clients very noisy eating popcorn and other candies, talking during all the movie. Chris Pratt and Omar Sy, 2 very good actors, i liked when Omar is talking in french, very funny... The seat is at 70.000 VND probably a good price if we compare to European cine theaters. In a meantime, the cleanliness is so so in Vietnam, the staff not very pro with a basic english, what i don't understand is why they never say "hello" neither in english nor in vietnamese... Are the foreigners normal clients for them or they just don't care...
