The Sushi Japanese Art in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city. Wrapped in a thin slice of maki (japanese seaweed), it's very easy to eat this famous dish, the sushi.
The concept of the restaurant Sushi Bar is to offer a large selection of sushi, maki, sashimi, aburi but also noodles, fried fishes, tempura prawns...
What's on the menu? The Menu offers tens of dishes, what about to taste first a duo of aburi sushi then a noodle soup to finish with a few sashimi... San Francisco,Japanese restaurant, i don't think so, if the food is ok, the food offered has not the quality and the fingers of a sushi master. Sushi must be extra fresh not just fresh...The chef should be japanese to be able to offer japanese food...
