Ngon restaurant is a great establishment with great value. The decor is quite cozy and charming, in a rustic Vietnamese style. While the food is not the best gourmet food in Ho Chi Minh city but it's good enough and the menu is very extensive, offering up almost any popular dish in Vietnam.
