When we visited the Café Central Nguyễn Huệ, it was quite busy so very noisy but at night time, temperature outside was comfortable so it was a pleasure to eat on the terrace. Staff is great and efficient, they managed well their service.

The food is not excellent but you can enjoy it. We selected a New Zealand lamb shoulder with red curry, it's served with bread or steamed rice. The price is 329.000/serving including a drink. New Zealand lamb is an interesting choice on a menu when we know that the animals are living in large pasture, eating fresh grass and that they grow without any antibiotics or growth hormones. Presented in a nice decorated bowl, the lamb was tender and tasty even if the sauce was may be too runny and a bit fatty. We had also a portion of french fries with cheesy bread and an ice cream.

Difficult to have an objective opinion on the menu, there is a lot of choice so probably some dishes are excellent and some other not so good or so so. Despite of the noise and the standard food, the atmosphere was good and the service professional.
