Lotteria Tay Ninh is a tiny restaurant. Welcoming is poor and not very friendly, when we visited this fast food, it was crowded so very noisy. The waitress who served us didn't even speak english but menus were available with photos so it was very easy to order just showing her what we wanted. There are not so many tourists in Tay Ninh that's why they probably don't get used to speak with foreigners.

For the last year, we tried a couple of different Lotteria's out for lunch/dinner when chasing just a quick bite. Lotteria Tay Ninh is probably not the best one!

Our selection was composed of a menu Combo sweet and sour chicken, the meat was actually quite nice and the french fries hot and crispy. We tasted a Bulgogi and a Cheese Burger, the second one was more like a whopper junior with cheese, the meat was overcooked and the bun not even warm so the cheese couldn't melt. We couldn't get any ice creams because the machine was not ready yet!

For a quick bite, Lotteria was just ok but the cleanliness was so so, it was busy so difficult to know if the staff used to clean the tables and the floor often or not.

It's impossible to compare with a Mac Donald or a Burger King, each Lotteria doesn't seem to respect the same food and sanitary standard, at Lotteria Tay Ninh the staff is without a doubt, not well trained and we didn't see any manager to motivate the employees, food could be much better if it was served hot or at least warm. Making burger is normally understanding simple directions, making good and yummy burgers is working with passion and respect of products...
