The “Beaujolais Nouveau Celebration” is a typical French tradition that celebrates the end of the annual grape harvest and the release of the year’s first wine. It takes place on the third Thursday of November every year.
For this occasion, CCIFV and Vins Descombe are delighted to celebrate the tradition and the arrival of 2014’s Beaujolais Nouveau, shipped directly from France!
Come and enjoy the celebration and the year’s first wine, along with French delicacies. Free flow of Vins Descombe Beaujolais Nouveau will be served along with a French standing cocktail.
When? Thursday, the 20th of november 2014 from 6pm to 9pm

- Assorted melon balls with Serrano ham
- Rabbit terrine, walnut, micro herbs on toast
- Saucisson with cornichons canapé
- Grilled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto ham with parmesan wafer
- Grilled mergez in a mini baguette with roasted bell pepper, roquette salad
- Seared parma ham wrapped duck liver with sweet onion jam
- Twice cooked goats cheese soufflé
- Mini pork pies with apple compote

Nice,Je serais de la partie Sylvie, j'aime bien rentrouver des anciennes connaissances et de nouveaux expats lors de petites parties comme cela. Par contre je trouve le menu assez moyen pour 800k, j'attendais mieux du Novotel... enfin bon on verra cela...
